DORSET’S first gin distillery, Conker Spirit, is to open its doors to the public for the first time on Thursday, April 18.
Guests will join founder, Rupert Holloway, on a comprehensive tour of Conker HQ, taking in the traditional alembic pot stills and the entire gin-making process, from the distilling of Conker’s select botanicals right through to the bottling.
They’ll also get a guided tasting of all of Conker Spirit’s products and an insight into how the award-winning drinks brand has grown from a one-man-band, launching on a shoestring budget back in 2014, to the success story it is today.
As an extra bonus, Conker devotees will get an exclusive sneak peek at Conker’s new distillery building and will be treated to a complimentary bottle of Conker’s maiden product – the Dorset Dry gin, or the 3 Star Great Taste winning Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur.
Distillery tours will take place on the last Thursday of every month and can be booked via the Conker Spirit website at conkerspirit.co.uk/tours.
