IF YOU do only one thing this year, see the Pink Floyd tribute act Off The Wall and have possibly the best gig experience you will ever have.

For anyone who loves the music of Pink Floyd, Off The Wall offers a truly authentic concert experience - as you can see for yourself at Kingston Maurward's Lakeside Magic event in July.

Off The Wall brings together six seasoned musicians from across the UK, with a wealth of experience.

It is a show which is 100 per cent live with no backing tracks, the only pre-recorded element being samples which are triggered by various band members.

As well as musically, Off The Wall really push the boat out visually - just like the original band - with dry ice, strobes, fireworks, stunning lighting and huge onstage graphic projections.

Listen to tracks from Dark Side Of The Moon, The Division Bell, and the classics Shine On You Crazy Diamond, One Of These Days, Money, Comfortably Numb and the spine-tingling Great Gig In The Sky.

Set in the stunning grounds of Kingston Maurward College near Dorchester, Lakeside Magic evenings have become one of Dorset's premier series of summer events.

Doors open at 5pm for picnicking and you are invited to bring your own food and drink or buy onsite. The concert starts at 7.45pm and tickets cost from £20 in advance (£22 on the door) plus children's concessions and group discounts.

If you want to make a night of it, camping is available from £10 a pitch.

Tickets are available by telephone on 01305 751631, online at www.lakesidemagic.biz or by post from the Lakeside Magic box office which is at 3 Durngate Street, Dorchester, DT1 1JP.

Advance grass tickets can also be purchased in person from the visitor centre at Kingston Maurward College and from the Tourist Information Centres in Dorchester and Bridport.
