LIVE at the Apollo star Tanyalee Davis will be the latest big name to headline the Lyme Regis Comedy Club at the Pilot Boat Inn on Saturday.

A familiar face on TV, both here in the UK and in her native North America, Tanyalee Davis is a comic tour de force whose own unique perspective and outrageous brand of comedy make her one of the most popular acts on the circuit today.

At just 3ft 6 ins tall Tanyalee describes herself as the Ferrari of comedy - classy, top quality, low to the ground and racy. An act that has seen her make appearances on everything from Live at the Apollo and the John Bishop show to the Last Comic Standing show in the US.

She's also a successful actress with roles in Channel 4's I'm Spazticus and Austin Powers Goldmember.

Tanyalee is the latest in a long line of big comedy names to appear at the Pilot Boat following in the footsteps of TV stars Angela Barnes and Paul Tonkinson and looks set to headline another sell out show.

Joining Tanyalee on the bill will be the delightfully dark, and spiffingly English Andrew Watts. Solicitor turned comedian Andrew burst onto the comedy scene with appearances on ITV4's FHM Stand Up Hero and Comedy Central's The World Stands Up. He's since established himself a a regular on the circuit and at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival where his shows Feminism for Chaps and How to Build a Chap received rave reviews from audiences and critics alike.

Completing the line-up will be new act Riordhan Deehan Jackson, a former student of Colyton Grammar School now making his name on the Bristol comedy scene, and award-winning Kiwi comic Matt Stellingwerf. Matt is very new to the UK comedy scene but in his native New Zealand is a TV star and multi award winning comic.

As ever, local comedian Tom Glover will MC the show, chatting with the crowd and road testing his latest material.
