Weymouth-based Quangle Wangle Choir will be performing a concert on Saturday, July 7 at 7.30pm at St Nicholas Church, Broadwey, in Weymouth.
Expect the Quangle Wangle trademark warm welcome with a mixture of songs and poems, including the choir setting sail with the iconic Owl and the Pussycat.
Also included will be the first performance of More in Common, a song written by Julie Ellis celebrating the belief of Jo Cox MP that “there's more that unites us than sets us apart”.
Tickets are £6 if bought beforehand from the website, quanglewanglechoir.co.uk or from Juliet Harwood on 01305 814940, julietharwood@hotmail.com, or £7 on the door.
There will be no charge for accompanied children. There will be some additional parking available at nearby Upwey and Broadwey Memorial Hall.
