FIND out more about nature's medicine cabinet with a workshop at Bridport's LSi.

Cat Woolner will show people how to look after themselves and their family using essential oils.

She will be showing participants dōTERRA therapeutic-grade essential oils and wellness products.

Learn how these oils and products can be used as a natural alternative or compliment to your medicine cabinet.

Cat will explain how they offer a genuine solution that's safe, effective, natural and without the same side-effect concerns of conventional medicines.

During the class you will learn a few key uses to support a strong immune system, colds & flu, aches and pains, better sleep, healthy digestion system, allergies and hayfever, mood and stress and hormone balancing/support for women.

Tutor Cat Woolner has been using doTERRA Essential Oils to support her own and her family's health and wellbeing.

She said: "I was introduced to these wonderful oils back in 2016, during which time I was suffering from severe anxiety and chronic stress. For me the oils have been a pathway to recovery from both mental health and also to rebuild my immunity which had been shot down after living with years of stress."

Cat says she is passionate about educating and empowering women to take back control of their own health.

She added: "As women in modern day society we ask so much of our minds and bodies, we feel an expectation to have a fulfilling career, nurture and bring up a family, have the perfect home and also find time for exercise and to be healthy. Unsurprisingly mental health issues and chronic disease and illness are on the rise."
