GRAY Andrew Patrick It is with great sadness that we have to announce the passing of our beloved son Andrew (Andy) on the 6th May 2024, aged 56 years at the Weldmar Hospice, Dorchester, surrounded by his loving family. Precious son of Jackie, Fred and stepdad Charlie. Treasured dad of Molly and Rose. Wonderful brother of Matthew, Martin and Joanne and brother-in-law to Jemma. Special uncle to all his nieces and nephews and a great friend to many. The funeral service for Andy will take place at the Weymouth Crematorium on Wednesday 29th. May at 1.45. p.m. Family flowers only please, but donations, if desired, may be given to Weldmar Hospicecare c/o. Abbott & Rees Funeral Directors 247 Abbotsbury Road, Weymouth, DT4 0LY. Andy, how could you be gone? :-( We spoke again for the first time in years just a few weeks ago. It was a delight and a pleasure to catch up with you. I am so terribly sad to hear this awful news. You were the most gorgeous soul. What fun we had! I loved visiting you and your dad at the unit and having a cuppa tea! It was so cold there sometimes!! I am so sad you won’t get to see your lovely girls grow up. There must be so many people who feel so gutted and heartbroken at your passing. I am so sorry this happened to you. It just isn’t fair. I will think of you often and always smile when I remember our year or so together. Sending much love and strength to your family. Love Jen ****
