THREE cars were involved in a collision in Dorchester town centre yesterday afternoon.
Police were called to the incident on Princes Street, near to the entrance to the Borough Gardens, at around 1.50pm. The collision involved a Peugeot 207 estate and a Ford Focus estate, both registered to Dorchester women, as well as a BMW 118d registered to a Dorchester man that also collided with a tree.
Ambulance crews arrived on the scene and one woman was treated for a neck injury while another was checked over by paramedics.
The road was closed while the BMW was recovered.
