I read the letter from Ian Sedwell of January 30 with great interest and I have to say I wholeheartedly agree with every word he has written.
Everything that was lovely about Weymouth is being destroyed, now the Pleasure Pier is next on the destruction list.
Please Coun Goodman, do as Ian suggested and resign asap if not sooner – we do not need representatives who ignore those who elected them.
Then, Ian, I suggest that you stand for us, the people of Weymouth. You will certainly get my vote. Pamela Ellis, Hillbourne Road, Weymouth
