WELSH songbird Katherine Jenkins returns to Dorset later this month.
The Classical Brit-winning opera star will be appearing at Bournemouth International Centre on Saturday, December 16, and tickets are already selling fast.
Last year's album Living A Dream reached number 4 in the album charts and Katherine performed at Live8, G8 and the VE day celebrations, as well as opening the Tsunami Concert in Cardiff, winning Best Album at the Classical Brits and acting as the official mascot for the championship-winning Welsh rugby team. Having already sold out the Albert Hall this spring, 2006 has proved to be another amazing year for Katherine. The programme for her Bournemouth concert will cover show-tunes, Welsh songs and famous classical arias and, on this tour, she will be accompanied by the National Symphony Orchestra conducted by Anthony Inglis.
The show starts at 7.30pm and tickets cost £35, £30 and £20, available from the booking line on 0870 111 3000.
