I LOVED these pictures of a 22-month-old elephant calf called Scott exploring a new paddling pool, which was installed in his enclosure at Whipsnade Zoo in Bedfordshire.
And from the big to the small – scientists have discovered that hungry bumblebees travel more than a mile to find food after studying more than 3,000 living bees and mapping how far they travel from their nest.
