I PUT on my best suit this week to find out about Weldmar Hospicecare Trust’s Strictly Ballroom fundraising event.
A group of Trust supporters, who wanted to learn how to dance ballroom, have been attending training sessions led by Eileen Spracklen School of Dance at Herrison Hall.
I went along to watch the couples practice, ready for the finale evening at Freshwater Beach Holiday Park in Burton Bradstock tonight.
I learned a few moves and even had a spin on the dance floor with the Weldmar’s mascot Weldbaa.
