I LOVE these pictures of staff at the Sea Life Aquarium in London giving the tanks their annual deep clean.
A large ray looks like it is trying to help aquarist Lance Neal as he cleans the ray pool. I’m not sure I would volunteer to clean out the shark tank. One of the sharks, Betty an inquisitive bowmouth guitar shark, is coming over for a closer look. I would be much happier helping diver Rachel Wicks, who is giving one of the terrapins a well-deserved shell scrub.
