COASTGUARDS have rescued two broken down boats this afternoon.
A broken down boat had drifted onto rocks at Golden Cap near Lyme Regis.
RNLI Lyme Regis launched the lifeboat at around 2pm this afternoon and later towed the vessel back to West Bay.
Two people were on board the boat but did not suffer any injuries.
A second broken down boat was reported drifting with the tide at Portland Bill.
Weymouth RNLI launched the lifeboat at around 3pm and towed the vessel back to Weymouth Harbour.
