A DORSET-based law firm has strengthened its commercial team after appointing a new partner.
Martin Varley was appointed by Humphries Kirk solicitors, and he will be joining the firm’s Dorchester office on High West Street.
Mr Varley has more than 25 years of legal experience, and will undertake corporate and commercial advice for the solicitors’ client base, with a focus on financial, banking and regulatory matters.
He is also a member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment, sits on the Financial Conduct Authority Financial Regulations Panel, and is also an External Specialist to CISI.
Mr Varley said: “I am delighted to join Humphries Kirk, a firm which is a major regional player, well known in the UK and internationally.
“Dorset has a great business community and I look forward to working with the clientele of this impressive and expanding firm.”
