Crash blocks main road in Dorchester
A CRASH on the A354 on the outskirts of Dorchester caused traffic problems earlier this evening. The road is now clear.
The collision, not thought to be serious, involved three vehicles and blocked one lane. Police were directing traffic at the scene and kept one lane open.
It happened near the Winterbourne Monkton turn-off about 5.25pm.
An eyewitness at the scene said earlier: "There are five police cars, three ambulances and two first responders.
"A Volkswagen Beetle has had its airbags go off.
"Traffic is tailing back all the way to the football club."
Two people were reportedly being treated for injuries at the scene.
