As someone who knows and loves Weymouth, I was pleased to see in the national press that Weymouth residents were making their feelings felt to the council over the Pavilion; not to mention the developers who are having a field day in Weymouth at present.
May I remind the good residents that local elections are coming up on Thursday, May 3. If you feel ignored, please make sure you get out and use your vote to get rid of these people.
We did this in Winchester to councillors who failed to listen and weren't they upset!
Even better, could you put up some 'Save Weymouth' candidates yourselves?
It's not so difficult and I bet you'd be better dressed!
