Thought you were having a bad day? Spare a thought for this cow in Brockenhurst this morning.
The unlucky animal had somehow ended up with its head through a bicycle.
Johnny Weiler captured the moment on camera and posted the picture on Twitter.
According to the person who took the picture, the cow was undisturbed by the incident.
