Lilly Hammond, 76, is from Weymouth and is retired. She feels smokers are being unjustly singled out.
"I understand it in a way but it's a bit unfair when you see all these other people, like alcoholics, causing trouble.
"I have been smoking for 64 years, I've packed up once before and I only smoke seven or eight a day. I found nicotine chewing gum helped me when I stopped.
"I understand it, as I don't like people smoking in any room in my house where I don't have a fan but I do think it's hard on us smokers."
