PLANS for a car repair garage have been submitted for land in Daubhill.
The plans are for land adjacent to St Helens Road and Henry Lee Street.
The application states that vehicle access will be from St Helens Road and that a large car park already exists on the site, which will suffice for both customers and staff.
It adds that the site is currently under-utilised and this proposal will make ‘efficient’ use of the site and also create employment.
