EMERGENCY services were called after an accident in Farnworth.
Fire crews rushed to the crash between two vehicles at the junction of Worsley Road and Bradford Street on Friday, at around 2.30pm.
One casualty had to rescue themselves from the crash and was taken to hospital in an ambulance.
A fire crew from Farnworth and the major rescue unit and technical response unit from Leigh attended.
Firefighters assisted the police in making the scene safe and were there for around 40 minutes.
