Emergency services came to the rescue of a man who had fallen and wedged his head between some rocks.
Wyke Coastguard Rescue was paged just before 1pm today to Ringstead Bay where the man had got stuck and suffered a head injury.
Paramedics were also called to the scene and managed to free the man and walk him to an ambulance.
The man was taken to Dorset County Hospital for treatment.
Wyke Coastguard has announced it is experiencing an 'exceptionally busy period' with 19 callouts since July 1.
