‘SIMPLY the Best’, even these words do not give justice to the attentive care and treatment I received during a recent medical emergency.
Distress can be felt by anyone irrespective of age or gender, fortunately I had someone with me to summon help when such an emergency arose.
Reassurance was relayed over the phone whilst an ambulance was despatched to my home.
On arrival, the crew were excellent, they reassured me whilst completing numerous checks, they were friendly, compassionate, very professional and proficient in their duties.
The journey to Dorset County Hospital was made easier through their jovial demeanour which disguised the constant monitoring of my condition.
On arrival at the Dorset County Hospital A&E department, I had very little time to wait before a team of highly qualified nurse practitioners attended to me with their own special skills.
During this time the whole atmosphere was professional and cheerful, all patients like myself were kept informed and the supply of refreshments were well received.
With heart felt gratitude and thanks I will finish as I started, I can only say to anyone living in this part of Dorset, you can rest assured that in all medical matters you will receive ‘Simply the Best’.
