On behalf of everyone at our Southern Co-op store in Chickerell Road, Weymouth, I would like to say a massive thank you to everyone who visited during our Charity Awareness week.
Thanks to their support, we raised more than £100 for Friends of Castle Cove Beach Charity.
This year we held a tombola to raise money for the charity which is close to our hearts.
Friends of Castle Cove Beach Charity is our store’s chosen local cause as part of Southern Co-op’s community engagement programme ‘Love Your Neighbourhood’.
It is about helping local causes which make a difference to our local neighbourhoods which we are all passionate about.
We still have five months left of the year and we have loads more activities planned for our store so watch this space and visit us to find out more!
