The mountains, the seas and the forests are the life force of the world.

The skies, the plants and the rivers are the rhythm of the Earth.

We must not harm and damage what is around us but rather celebrate and respect her wonderful creations.

The universe is full of great mysteries which should be left untouched but upon which we should wonder.

But with discovery and subsequent knowledge comes power – something which humankind cannot help but repeatedly abuse.

The insatiable greed we as a species possess will be the death of us. We cannot help but take from a planet that existed far before we did.

Humans want it all and they want everything in excess. This will be our destruction and humankind will have their last war over greed and want.

Maybe not in my lifetime but it will not be long before we, the most disruptive, inconsiderate and damaging of species, will go extinct.

Then and only then the balance of the world will return.

Perhaps, if we change our ways and if we are so lucky, the planet will accept us – we can remain and exist, connected as one in nature’s complex and magical ways.
