Our councillors move in mysterious ways, their wonders to perform.
They want to encourage growth throughout the area but vote down the Western Relief Road.
They want to provide for the residents of and visitors to the borough but would rather pay Tonkin Lui £200,000 to help them win an award (I suspect) than spend the money strengthening the requisite stanchions (if needed really necessary) to support the solar powered LED fairy lights that the majority of residents and visitors want.
But I am sure they have a masterplan, don’t they?
