Two men were taken to hospital after a crash near the Bakers Arms roundabout last night.

The crash happened on the A351 Wareham Road between the Bakers Arms and Blackhill roundabouts.

It involved a Jaguar XJ6, a black Aprilla motorcycle and a Honda motorcycle.

Police were called to the scene at 7.56pm.

The air ambulance attended along with two fire crews and the NPAS helicopter.

One man was taken to Poole Hospital by ambulance and another man was taken to Southampton General Hospital by air ambulance.

A spokesperson for South Western Ambulance Service said one patient had reports of a neck injury and the other had reports of a head injury.

They attended with three ambulances.

The men’s injuries are not believed to be life-threatening or life-changing.

Following the crash, the vehicles had to be recovered and the road reopened at 9.30pm.
