LUKE VINCENT WHELLER, aged 31, of Honeysuckle Close, Weymouth. Admitted using violence for the purpose of securing entry into premises knowing that there was someone present on those premises who was opposed to the said entry. Also admitted damaging a UPVC front door to an unknown value. Community order with programme requirement and requirement to carry out 80 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months. BEATA JANKOWSKA-KONDRAT, aged 34, of Stonechat Close, Weymouth. Admitted when suspected of having driven a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen or specimens of breath for analysis in the course of an investigation into whether she had committed an offence, failed without reasonable excuse to do so. Fined £207 and to pay costs of £85. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 16 months.

JOHN TAYLOR MANSELL, aged 38, of Wheat Farland, Chickerell. Admitted attempting to steal a welding rig of a value unknown belonging to Cold Harbour Nursery. Discharged conditionally for 12 months.

TONY CLIVE HARWOOD, aged 31, of Walpole Street, Weymouth. Admitted being drunk and disorderly in a public place, namely Maiden Street, Weymouth. Also admitted 2 x offences of assaulting a constable in the execution of his duty. Community order with rehabilitation activity requirement and requirement to carry out 60 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months. To pay compensation of £200. Admitted committing a further offence whilst subject to a conditional discharge order. Dealt with for original offence of using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause that person to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against him by any person, or to provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence by him whereby that person was likely to believe that such violence would be used, or it was likely that such violence would be provoked.
