The A354 Rodwell Road has been cleared following a car crash which happened earlier this evening.
A spokesman for Dorset Police said they were called to the incident at 5.45pm.
The road was partially blocked both ways near Newstead Road (Harbour Junction).
An ambulance attended the scene, but there were no serious injuries.
Traffic has now returned to normal.
