A MAN had to be airlifted to hospital after having a fit at Durdle Door.
The incident happened on Tuesday at around 1.30pm.
A spokesman for South Western Ambulance Service said they received a call reporting a man having a fit.
HM Coastguard were called by the ambulance service to help with the medevac.
Poole and Lulworth Coastguard Rescue Team attended the scene.
The spokesman for the ambulance service added: “We sent the following resources to attend the incident: an ambulance, a rapid response vehicle, and two air ambulances. A male patient was conveyed by air ambulance to Poole Hospital for treatment.”
