THE FINAL cruise ship to dock in Portland Portland is the Seabourn Ovation, marking the end of a record-breaking cruise season today.
Ken Deadman sent in this picture of the American cruise liner, which carries approximately 600 passengers and is here until this evening.
She is 210.5 metres long, boasting fine-dining restaurants, a spa, sky bar, swimming pools and even a nightclub.
The 2018 cruise season has been a record-breaker for Portland Port, with the greatest number of cruise calls and passengers to date.
This year the port welcomed 32 cruise ships into Portland, bringing in nearly 39,000 passengers. This is a significant growth over the last decade - in 2009 there were just four ships with a total of 2,000 passengers.
The Seabourn Ovation sets sail for Falmouth at 6pm this evening, en route to La Coruna, in Spain.
