Does councillor Jeff Cant believe that families on holiday will seek out community halls (mainly staffed by volunteers), or travel out of town to the swimming pool or sports centres for their indoor entertainment.

I agree that Weymouth has beautiful gardens, beaches and open spaces, but these are great when the weather is fine, but when it rains where can the visitors go if the are not on a caravan park with facilities provided.

The facilities need to be based at the seafront easily accessible to all.

An indoor splash/ fun pool whilst might be expensive would be a great asset to the peninsular site. The indoor facilities have yet to be revealed by the council.
