The Dorset Police poppy car is returning for a third year, it has been announced.
The specially-decorated car was first unveiled in 2016 to show the force's support for the Poppy Appeal.
It returned last year and now, Dorset Police has confirmed that the car - with a brand new design - will be spotted on the streets of Dorset over the coming weeks.
It comes after a photo was shared on Twitter of last year's Dorset Police poppy car, and hundreds of people reacted on the social media platform, retweeting the image and asking the force if the design would be returning for 2018.
A Dorset Police spokesman tweeted: "Thank you for all your comments about our poppy car. We’re receiving hundreds of notifications per hour.
"The photo going viral is of last year's poppy car and we’re currently designing this year's vehicle wrap - we’ll be sharing pictures in around two weeks time."
