Dorset and Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service
A woman was taken to hospital following a car crash.
The incident happened yesterday on Alton Lane in Cerne Abbas.
Dorset and Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service said they were alerted to the incident at 6.34pm.
They added: “Two crews from Dorchester attended a road traffic collision on Alton Lane, Cerne Abbas. A casualty was released using two Tirfor winches, and first aid was given.”
South Western Ambulance Service were also called to the scene.
A spokesman for the ambulance service said: “We sent an ambulance, an operations officer, and an air ambulance to attend the incident. A female patient was transported by road ambulance to Dorset County Hospital for treatment.”
