POLICE have seized drugs, cash and a firearm after a raid in north Dorset.
North Dorset neighbourhood policing team conducted a warrant at an address in Sturminster Newton just after 3pm on Friday (October 26).
Concerns had been raised that the address was responsible for the supply of drugs in the area.
Police detained several people in the property and searched the premises.
They found a quantity of cash, a variety of class B drugs and a Section 5 firearm which were all seized.
A 42-year-old female from the address is assisting the police with the investigation.
A spokesman for the NPT thanked the community for reporting their concerns to police.
