Apparently for health and safety reasons, a major banking group with entrances in both main streets, has just decided to close their entrance in St Thomas Street “until further notice”.
No doubt over many past years, loyal customers have drawn cash, deposited their wages and arranged an overdraft, and have all survived the banking hall without a safety problem.
Now, faced with a trip around the block, this presents another highly dangerous option of walking through the well-known high street stationer next door.
With the St Mary Street side slightly higher – please be careful, they also have several steps into their store which could be hazardous and dangerous... Help!
Is it safe for me to send this email?
