Passengers are warned the railway line between Weymouth and Dorchester will be closed later this month.
Engineering works on the railway in the area to renew and repair the line means it will be closed on Sunday, December 16.
For South Western Railway services (Weymouth-Waterloo), the line will be closed between Weymouth and Wareham. A normal train service will run between Wareham and London Waterloo.
Buses will run between Weymouth and Wareham where trains will be waiting. To add to problems lines in the Poole area will also be closed Sunday morning until 9.15am and during this time buses will run between Weymouth, Poole and Bournemouth.
The engineering work will also affect the Weymouth to Bristol route, with the line closed between Weymouth and Dorchester West.
Buses will operate between Weymouth and Dorchester West.
