Good news – Dorset councillors overwhelmingly believe in Santa Claus.
The question, used to test electronic voting devices at Thursday evening’s shadow Dorset Council meeting, showed more than two-thirds did.
The full figures were – 63 for, 11 against and 21 abstained.
Although when it came to finance councillors were more certain with 100 per cent at the Dorchester meeting, 96 in total, agreeing to approve the council’s external auditors.
