The A30 was partially blocked
The A30 was partially blocked following a two vehicle collision near Sherborne this morning, causing heavy traffic in the area.
Dorset Police were called at 7.13am today to reports of an accident on Oborne Road.
Officers attended the scene and found that two vehicles were involved but nobody was injured.
They then assisted with clearing the road of the vehicles.
This has caused heavy traffic in the area.
Travel Dorset said: "Reports of A30 both ways partially blocked, heavy traffic due to accident at B3145 Oborne Road," at 8.29am.
Update: Road is now clear and traffic is returning to normal.
