Weldmar Hospicecare volunteers will be collecting Christmas trees again this year
Weldmar Hospicecare has announced the results of recent festive fundraising efforts.
The charity ran a Christmas tree recycling scheme where it collected more than 950 trees from doorsteps.
This service was free but people were urged to make a suggested donation of £10.
In total, the initiative raised more than £8,000 for the charity.
