Dorset Police have found a teenager who went missing yesterday evening after an appeal on social media.
Curtis Evans is 17 years old and had not been seen or heard from since 7pm on Monday January 14.
His last known whereabouts was in Bournemouth, at an address on Alumhurst Road. A search of the local area was carried out.
He is described as white, five feet eight inches tall, of slim build and with light brown hair, described as curly on the top and shaved on the sides.
He was wearing grey jogging bottoms, grey and white trainers, a black hooded top and a black cap.
Chief Inspector Lance Cliff, of Dorset Police, said: “We are very concerned for Curtis and I would ask anyone who has seen him or a teenager matching the description given to please contact Dorset Police.
“I believe Curtis may have his phone with him and if he sees this appeal I would ask him to please call.
"We and your family are all very worried about you and just want to know you are OK”
Update: Dorset Police said: "Officers searching for missing teenager Curtis Evans are pleased to confirm he has been found safe and well.
"He has now been located in the Bournemouth area.
"We would like to thank all those who shared our appeal."
