A Dorset hospice is launching a campaign to raise awareness of its work.
Lewis-Manning's Tie A Yellow Ribbon and Go Yellow initiative this February encourages individuals and businesses to support the charity by giving a donation in exchange for a yellow ribbon.
They can then add a message or the name of someone whom they have loved and lost. It doesn't have to be someone who has been cared for by the hospice.
Individuals can obtain the yellow ribbons from any Lewis-Manning shop or call 01202 708470.
Lewis-Manning will list the supporting businesses on their social media sites and will also take photos to celebrate Tie A Yellow Ribbon and Go Yellow in February. Businesses are encouraged to use ##LMHtieayellowribbon in their promotion.
