I am not sure a day would suffice long enough for me as Prime Minister to sort out this unholy mess we are in at the moment.

In all my 71 years of being born and living in this country, I have never known the like!

I fear for my children’s and grandchildren’s future in what they will have to face and deal with.

As Prime Minister, one of the first things I would do and sort out is a properly funded social care for the elderly in our communities, it's long overdue since its incarnation on April 1, 2010, it would no longer be funded by the County Council, but by central Government, the same as the NHS.

The generation its now needed for have paid all their taxes in the working lives – cradle to grave.

I would also give a lot more help and support to people who care and look after their loved ones (carers) they save this country millions of pounds a year for little recognition.

The carers benefit allowance hourly, happens to be below the living wage, they are being penalised for giving up full time work to do part time to do this caring job which I hasten to add, the job no one applies for and in the majority of cases its thrust upon them.

In the same vein I would clarify and sort out once for all what Joe Public have to pay or contribute funding in regards to the selling of their properties when entering full time residential or nursing care (crisis of care is funded by the NHS) some diseases are funded, others are not!

It’s just luck or unluck which one you happen to get.

The professional consultative document by the Dilnot Commission made a lot of sense, but no one listened or adhered to, I felt it made a lot of sense at the time.

Collectively, as for all other areas (not including Brexit no deal) public services need proper funding, so its really all down to money as usual, especially education.

It’s really important to educate our children of this country otherwise we are doomed for generations to come.

Finally, as Prime Minister, to help me with this, I would nominate a minister for the elderly – respect and listen.
