And re. the comments made by David Aldwinckle as who he would like living there quote: “We don’t want all old people” which I found most insulting.
Does that mean in order to buy one of his affordable (no such thing) houses one has to prove one’s age?
And there is no such thing as affordable housing, it would be a good idea to make the deposits affordable.
How can young people save £25,000 for a deposit?
Are these unaffordable homes going to be permanent homes or just weekend homes?
I quite like the houses that have already been built there, they are in keeping with the harbourside and attractive, and one can be proud of them.
If Mr Aldwinckle is thinking of archaeology design housing it will not be in keeping with what’s already there, and would be so expensive and unaffordable homes.
