Watch the moment a lifeboat crew rescue a dog from the water after it fells from the cliff at Old Harry Rocks.
The story was originally reported in the Echo on Thursday and the RNLI has now released a video of the rescue.
Video: RNLI/Swanage
The dog, which appeared unhurt, was seen by the owners - who were still on the clifftop - swimming in the shallow water just south of the headland.
A crew from Swanage lifeboat managed to lift the dog from the water and arranged to rendezvous with Swanage Coastguard and the owners at South Beach in Studland.
