Given the week of weather we've just had it will come of no surprise to anyone that snow and storms are the stars of our readers' pictures this week.
We get so many submissions that it's a difficult job picking just one for our letters page in the paper each day, and to feature online at a weekend. Thank you to everyone who takes time to send them in.
If you have a picture you'd like us to feature, email it to newsdesk@dorsetecho.co.uk
Or, if you're interested in photography, why not join the online community Echo Camera Club Dorset? It's run by our sister paper the Bournemouth Echo, and features monthly competitions, advice and the chance to see your work in print. Check out the Facebook page here.
1. So here's how we started the week off, with snow on the hills as pictured in this lovely photo taken through the frame of the Olympic Rings at the Heights on Portland by Ken Deadman
2. The snow might have barely settled in Weymouth town centre, but it certainly lingered on higher ground, as this photo by Yvonne Chapman shows.
3. A brief respite in the bad weather came mid-week (and it was almost warm!) and Mike Watson caught this lovely image.
4. There were some lovely evenings as well, as this picture by Margaret Wellspring shows.
5. ...And then came the wind and storms, although this windsurfer doesn't seem to mind! This picture was sent to us by Ken Hewitt.
6. Finally (and just to end on a good note) here is a lovely picture of sunset at Pulpit Rock by Andre Davies.
