I AM mystified that diversion signs are popping up and remaining in situation for weeks, where there is no evidence of road closures.
At the end of my road on a three-way junction there are three diversion signs, one
pointing left, one pointing
right and one pointing to the
road.
Is there an underground tunnel I am not aware of?
