Yes, it might still be cold in the morning, and the gritter teams are still hard at work keeping the roads safe from ice.
But there's a definite feeling that spring is in the air. Perhaps it's the birds singing or the warmth of the sun when it comes out. All we know is that we're almost half way through February and winter is ceasing its grip on our countryside.
And, as ever, our Echo Camera Club photographers have some wonderful images to illustrate that.
