Police are appealing for information after more than a dozen lambs were stolen from a field.
Officers say sometime in the last week, 14 Suffolk black face lambs were stolen from a field near Maiden Castle in Dorchester. All of the lambs had a blue mark in the centre of their shoulder.
Dorset Police are urging anyone with information about the incident to come forward, and reminding farmers and smallholders to keep the gates to their livestock locked.
