DORSET Police are urging residents report any suspicious activty and information following thefts and break-ins in the area.

An isolated property was broken into in the early hours of February 13. The property is currently empty, so it is not believed anything was stolen. 

Four chainsaws and a quickcut were stolen from a workshop in Drimpton on February 7. Anyone with information should contact Dorset Polic eon 101.

Would-be thieves also attempted to steal power tools from a garage in the Templemans Ash area on February 8.

Residents are also being urged to be vigilant after men were reportedly seen acting suspiciously by looking into people’s gardens.

The men were seen driving around Bridport in a white van on Monday.

Police officers were called at 9.15am and, though no offences have been reported, officers are asking residents to report any suspicious behaviour to them by calling Dorset Police on 101.
