Dorset Magic Castle Cove
The Friends of Castle Cove Beach have announced they will soon start building steps down to the beach.
They have been given a 99-year lease and planning permission and a contractor are already in place. The building is due to start on March 4.
To celebrate, they are hosting a social event at Wellworthy Sports and Social Club on Dumbarton Road. The event will be on Saturday, March 23 at 7pm.
The entrance fee is £12 and includes an explanation of what is happening with the steps, a charity auction and a buffet meal. Entertainment will be provided by the Tambourine Man.
